We will bliss out to a 45 minute Hatha yoga class and then learn and practice a new Mindfulness skill each week for four weeks during Savasanna. Come for all four weeks, or just come once - your choice!

Mama Bear Wellness
Mom + Baby Yoga
The perfect class for allowing Mom to enjoy a beginner-friendly postnatal yoga practice while promoting bonding with baby through interactive poses. A great opportunity to connect with other moms in the community while nourishing physical and mental well-being. Led by Andrea, Pre/Postnatal Specialist, RYT200 and Mom of 4, no experience needed.

Cardio Dance Fusion
The goal is joyful, fun movement to awesome music! Easy to-follow dance moves choreographed to club tunes and world rhythms + yoga poses = a guaranteed mood boost and a trickle of liquid glitter (aka sweat). Start your weekend off with an hour of fun, made just for YOU. Suitable for all abilities and adaptable for all bodies.

Tamara
A slow-paced class that focuses on long-held stretches and the use of props for opening the body for deep rest and relaxation. Breath work and sound meditation will complete our practice. All levels welcome.

Essentrics® for Post-Labour Recovery is a gentle, healing 1-hour full-body stretching & strengthening class to give your body what it needs to recuperate and rebalance in a safe way after childbirth. Exercises include standing, barre/chair, and floor work and is complemented by music.

Yoga sculpt: yoga poses + strength training.
with the use of light weights, resistance bands, or body resistance to enhance strength .
A full-body workout combining the flexibility & mindfulness of yoga with the benefits of strength training like increased bone health, mobility, and emotional & mental health.

Our Vision
Zen House is an intimate, unpretentious, peaceful studio space run as a collective.
We don’t sell memberships. Our lifestyle is take only what you need, use what you have and share what you can…so naturally that extends to our yoga.
If you are into attending yoga as much as you can, when you can, and only paying for what you use, Zen House has wonderful options for you.
Our teachers are not hired, nor are they paid to show up. They show up specifically for you. They sought out a space where they could share their unique talents, wisdom and energy without the limitations of owning their own space or being an employee. Our teachers are Doctors, Nurses, Massage Therapists, Busy Moms, Business Owners, Elementary Educators, etc who are so invested in their own well-being, education and evolvement that they want to share it with people who will find value in it too.
While each accredited yoga teacher here sets the rate for their own class, you can expect to pay $20 for a drop-in; or an 8 Class Pass of drop-ins is $100.
We are so grateful that these incredible, knowledgeable Teachers and Healers and Presenters choose Zen House to hold space for us all to practice - to come back to ourselves.
