About the Space
We reserve the studio and our lounging lobby exclusively for your group and curate the experience to suit your guests. We’re Niagara’s largest wellness studio space, with 1,500 square feet with large, bright windows. We can comfortably accommodate 25+ yoga mats in our spacious studio, and have the following amenities:
- Plenty of free parking
- A spacious bathroom just steps from the studio, plus additional bathrooms upstairs
- Our separate waiting room, which is perfect for coats, props, tea, snacks, or gathering
- 20+ bolsters, straps, blocks and mats
- 12 chairs
- 2 folding tables
Bachelorette Parties
Your experience will be beyond a standard private yoga class. Zen House offers you a calm, grounding, and luxurious pre-wedding ritual designed to help everyone slow down, connect, and feel amazing. Whether you're beginners or intermediate, we have varying levels of yoga. There’s also plenty of unhurried time afterward for socializing, and taking photos in front of our birch branch backdrop.
Private Yoga or Soundbath Sessions
Book a private session for your event. Our relaxing yoga classes are for every BODY, even the ones who feel too heavy, too weak, too inflexible. No experience is needed, and you will be able to follow along with ease at your own pace. Our soundbath sessions are a grounding experience, listening to the soothing resonant sounds of gongs, crystal singing bowls, and other sound healing instruments while laying down.
Rent Zen House for your own Event
Have your own idea for an event, retreat, or another amazing day? Whether its a birthday, corporate event, personal celebration, or a class/retreat you want to run, you can rent our space for as long as you need. We provide the space and the environment to help you bring it all together. This is a turnkey rental so the event is yours to customize!
