Enjoy a large fully functional kitchen with a large island and comfortable sitting area, a butler’s pantry that leads to the formal dining room. The patio rivals the dining room for the most spectacular sunset waterfront dinners. You also have a BBQ, and a serving kitchen in the attached garage. 

 
While we’re sure you’ll want to connect with the elements, even from inside with wall to wall windows looking at expansive sky, trees and water, 

you do have the readily available WIFI and a smart TV.  

  

A Great room with a gorgeous gas fireplace and large window views of the River, adjacent to the year-round solarium. The solarium with it’s wall-to-wall windows and heated floors is perfect for yoga, meditation, or dancing.  

  

Expansive patios with a fire table, gazebo, plenty of seating, 2 rooftop patios, 1 with a hot tub, are all yours to enjoy on this private oasis.
