Come join Veronica & Emily for an hour of deep relaxation, release, & healing.
The soothing vibrations from Veronica’s soundscape are aimed to help the body achieve a deep state of relaxation in order to activate the healing properties of your parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest). Veronica's sound baths will give your nervous system the massage it so deserves!
Reiki Master Teacher Emily will be channeling healing life force energy to be received by all in attendance. Reiki moves through the body collecting what no longer serves to guide it out. Out with the old to make way for the new; come experience an energetic reset.
