Soma Sound Stream

Journey on currents of relaxing awareness in this mindful, bodyful sonic experience.

Soma Sound Stream is a movement and live music event where participants can unwind and flow through slow stretches and restorative postures that invite a sense of opening, comfort and rest into the body.

Participants will be guided using visualizations and storytelling through sound with various vibratory instruments such as gongs, chimes, singing bowls, drums and more.

The goal of this practice is to cultivate a meditative state of mind. Using sound for meditation is intended to quiet busy minds, increase our understanding of self, and welcome wellbeing and ease into the moment.

Eve Atoms is a storyteller, poet and performing artist who loves creating live, chilled-out soundscapes for folks to dazzle and dream into. You can learn more about her work on Instagram @eveatoms. She is also a yoga instructor, movement artist and educator who continues to dip her brain into wellsprings of the world.
