Join Veronica and Laura for 2 hours of deep self-care. 

Regulate & Restore is a beautiful partnership of somatic breathwork and sound. Our time together will begin with a 60-minute guided breathwork session followed by a restorative sound bath journey. 

This unique collaboration of somatic breathwork and sound is designed to release tension, stress, and emotional blockages. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, or just feeling stuck, this session helps you reconnect with your authentic self.  

Laura will guide our somatic breathwork portion of the night. Come, lie down, close your eyes, and embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing. Utilizing Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) cues and music, Laura will activate your body’s innate ability to heal itself. This is more than just breathing—it’s an opportunity to delve deeper into yourself and transform your life.

Veronica will carefully incorporate different sounds during segments of the somatic breathwork to further enhance this powerful modality. After the somatic breathwork experience, enjoy a deep restorative sound bath lead by Veronica.

Laura Bruno

Laura is a seasoned psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience and a somatic breathwork practitioner specializing in anxiety and trauma. She combines science-based techniques with a warm, intuitive approach, focusing on nervous system regulation and releasing stored tension and emotions. Laura's passion lies in helping individuals focus on both the psyche and soma (mind and body), helping people achieve profound healing, transformation, and a deeper connection with themselves.

Veronica King

Veronica King is a Sound Practitioner, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and the founder of Kasama Wellness. Through Kasama Wellness she facilitates sound meditations, sound collaborative events & wellness retreats around the Niagara Region. Veronica's passion is to spread the importance of building stress resilience through practices such as sound bathing and taking time to slow down and reconnect with oneself through retreats.
