About the event
Gong baths are highly rejuvenating and bring about an overall sense of harmony of the body, mind and spirit.
It is referred to as a bath due to participants being immersed in the vibrations of the instruments during a session.
A gong bath is a form of sound healing meditation. Sound therapy has long been used to manage a broad range of health conditions. The treatments are based on the understanding that all forms of matter – including our body’s cells – vibrate at different frequencies. Factors such as stress, depression and disease cause cells and organs within our bodies to vibrate at non-optimal frequencies.

"Imagine yourself lying on a fabulous beach and giant waves of beautiful sound are washing over you. Really. That’s what it’s like. Participants lay on a Yoga mat/blanket and I play all the wonderful sounds of the Gongs, Singing Bowls and Bells.
I bring all of my skill as a healer and my purest intent to benefit everyone to this hour. The effect is therapeutic: you feel more balanced and aligned on all levels, you leave feeling refreshed and awakened. You may also experience an energy release that clears up past traumas and dis-eases. It’s one of the most amazing things I’ve ever done and I am honoured to be able to present it to people."Christopher Cole

Christopher’s world was completely changed by a bad motorcyle accident in 2000. His healing journey led him to a local Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner (acupuncture, herbal medicine, and traditional Taoist practices) whose wife was a psychic and feng shui master. Inspired by how effective their skills were at helping people change for the better, Christopher soon found himself travelling a new path.
