We will help you learn the concepts and practices to reveal

and empower your authentic, intuitive Self.

Together, through our gifts, education and experience of

Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, Reiki, Nutrition, Psychotherapy,

Self-Constructs and Discovery, Manifestation and Mindfulness,

we will carefully guide you over the weekend.

 

All of this will be combined with deep rest, nutritious food, surrounded by nature and immersed in the enchanting energy that abundantly flows through this special place sitting proudly above the Niagara River.

Zen on the River is a grand riverside villa on a sprawling 2..5 acre lot of delightful gardens and breezy trees, with 288 feet of waterfront along the Lower Niagara River in Lewiston, New York.

Welcome anytime after 5:00 on Friday November 11th (we begin 6:30 pm) and Farewell is 12:00 on Sunday November 13th
