About the event
Together we will go through the process of connecting with community and our Selves and diving into the art of Kintsugi.
What to Expect:
Imagine a lighthearted evening of laughter, creativity and embracing imperfection. This is a ladies night with a twist. No need for makeup and fancy dress. Just be comfortable and ready for an evening of camaraderie, culinary delights and an open mind.
Participants will be led through the handson practice of breaking a bowl and then mending the cracks with gold or silver. Cultivating mindfulness and acceptance as you engage in the process and complete a unique and meaningful work of art.
This workshop will begin with a brief philosophy behind the art of Kintsugi. It is designed to be a therapeutic and creative experience. It will encourage you to engage in the meditative process, slow down and be present in the moment. Focus on the here and now and accept imperfections as part of life’s journey.
Workshop Includes: All the necessary materials to create your own kintsugi bowl. Bowl is included. Mocktails and charcuterie will be served.
